Ingredients
1/3 portion Fish curry
3 tbsp Cooking oil
100ml Water
4 tbsp F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
400g Yellow noodles
1 tbsp Fried shallot
1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
4 nos Calamansi lime
Spices
4 cloves Garlic, sliced
2 nos Shallots, sliced
1 no Red chili, slice
Seafood
2 pcs Squids, sliced into rings
8 pcs Prawns, shelled
12 pcs Clams
Preparation
- Remove the bone from the fish cutlet and break the fish into smaller pieces. Set aside
- In a wok, stir fry garlic, red chili, and shallots until fragrant with cooking oil. Add in all the seafood, sauté until cook.
- Add in the fish curry, fish, water, and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add in yellow noodles, stir fry until the yellow noodle is coated with curry
- Divide the portion into 4 serving, serve each serving with calamansi lime.

Langkah-langkah
- Keluarkan tulang dari ikan dan pecahkan ikan menjadi kepingan yang lebih kecil. Ketepikan
- Dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih, cili merah, dan bawang merah sehingga wangi dengan minyak masak. Masukkan semua makanan laut, tumis sehingga masak.
- Masukkan kari ikan, ikan, air, dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Didihkan selama 3-5 minit. Masukkan mee kuning, tumis sehingga mee kuning campur dengan kari
- Bahagikan mee kepada 4 hidangan, hidangkan limau kasturi dengan setiap mee kari.
