2 tbsp  Ghee

15 nos  Cashew

2 tbsp  Raisin

1 cup  Vermicelli

1 bottle (890ml)  Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk

4 tbsp  Sugar

½ tsp  Cardamom powder


  1. Melt ghee in a pan, fry the cashew to golden color. Remove cashew from pan, set aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry raisin until swells up. Set aside.
  3. Break the vermicelli into half, add into the same pan and roast to golden color.
  4. Add in Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk , simmer to soften the vermicelli.
  5. Stir in sugar and cardamom powder, simmer for another 3 minutes.
  6. Lastly, garnish sprinkle the cashews and raisins on top.
  7. Serve warm.
