Ingredients

170g Butter (softened in room temperature)

60g Granulated sugar

110g All-purpose flour

4 nos Large egg

50g Cap Junjung® SWEETENED CREAMER

60g Horlicks powder

50g Whipping cream

90g Kaya Jam

50g Molasses

1 tbsp Dark cocoa powder

Prepartion

  1. Beat butter and sugar until pale. Then, add in the egg one at a time, beat until well combined.
  2. Add in Cap Junjung® SWEETENED CREAMER, whipping cream and Kaya Jam and stir evenly.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 7’ inch baking tray and cover over the cake loosely with an aluminium foil.
  5. Steam over medium high heat for 1 hour.
  6. Enjoy !

110g Tepung serbaguna

4 biji Telur

50g Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®

60g Serbuk Horlicks

50g Krim putar

90g Jem Kaya

50g Gula hitam (Molase)

1 sudu besar Serbuk koko gelap

Langkah-langkah

  1. Pukul mentega dan telur hingga pucat. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, pukul hingga sebati.
  2. Gaulkan Krimer manis CAP JUNJUNG®, krim putar dan jem kaya.
  3. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang lain dalam adunan dan gaul sebati.
  4. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar 7’inci yang telah digriskan dan tutup permukaan kek dengan lapisan kerajang aluminium dengan longgar.
  5. Kukus dengan api sederhana tinggi selama 1 jam.
  6. Nikmati!
