Ingredients

3 nos Eggs

80g Peeled shrimp, pre-boiled

1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped

1/2 nos Tomato, sliced

100ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer 

a pinch Salt

a pinch Pepper

2 tbsp Light soy sauce

4 tbsp Corn oil / Cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and stir with chopstick follow by adding in seasoning ingredients, stir until well mixed. Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the rest of the condiments ingredients, except the shrimps into mixture.
  2. Heat the oil with medium heat in a medium size pan. Pour in egg mixture in the middle of the pan and flip the omelets with spatula until is fluffy and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Dish out and serve on a white plate

Bahan-bahan

3 biji Telur

80g Udang yang dikupas, direbus

1 sudu besar Bawang , cincang

1/2 biji Tomato, dihiris

100ml Krimer Sejat CARNATION®

secubit Garam

secubit lada

2 sudu besar Kicap

4 sudu besar Minyak jagung/ minyak masak

Langkah-langkah

  1. Pukul telur dan kacau dengan sumpit diikuti dengan menambahkan bahan perasa, kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan sisa bahan perasa, kecuali udang ke dalam campuran.
  2. Panaskan minyak dengan api sederhana dalam kuali bersaiz sederhana. Tuangkan campuran telur di tengah kuali dan balikkan omelet dengan spatula hingga kembang dan berwarna keemasan di kedua-dua belah pihak.
  3. Hidangkan dan hidangkan di atas pinggan putih
