100g Sugar

360ml Magnolia Sterilized Low Fat Milk

75g Ghee

100g Sooji

20g Cashew (roughly chopped)

½ tsp Cardamom powder


  1. Melt ghee in a pan, add in sooji and cashews, cook and stir for 2 minutes
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Cook until mixture is not sticking from the pan.
  3. Garnish with nuts and serve.
