Ingredients

400g  Cooked spaghetti

800g  Mackerel fish, steamed and flake

4 pieces  Tamarind slices

200g  F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

5 pieces  Kaffir Lime Leaves

1 L  Water or fish stock

2 tbsp  Ikan bilis stock

2 tbsp  Salt

2 tbsp  Sugar

Ground Ingrediants

15 pcs  Dried chilies, soaked

20 nos  Shallots

5 cloves  Garlic

3 stalks  Lemon grass, use only the bottom white portion

3 cm  Turmeric

3 cm  Belachan

Garnishing, a bunch of the following

Mint leaves

Shredded pineapple

Shredded pineapple

Shredded onion rings

Chopped bunga kantan

Shrimp paste

Methods

  1. Heat 4 tablespoonful oil and sauté ground ingredients until fragrant and oil separates.
  2. Add in flaked fish, water, tamarind slices, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil, lower fire and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and kaffir leaves and when it starts to boil again turn off fire.
  3. Place cooked spaghetti into a shallow bowl, put some garnishing on top and trickle shrimp paste over it.
  4. Then pour hot soup over it and serve immediately.

200g  Susu Isian Sejat F&N

5 keping  Daun limau purut

1 L  Air atau stok ikan

2 sb  Stock ikan bilis

2 sb  Garam

2 sb  Gula

15 keping  Cili Kering, direndam

20 biji  Bawang kecil

5 ulas  Bwang Putih

3 batang  Serai, gunakan bahagian putih sahaja

3 cm  Kunyit

3 cm  Belachan

Hiasan, segenggam

Daun pudina

Nenas, dihiris

Timun, dihiris

Bawang merah, dihiris

Bunga kantan, dicincang

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan minyak 4 sudu besar dan sebati bahan kisah sehingga harum dan minyak dipisahkan.
  2. Masukkan ikan, air, asam keping, garam dan gula. Didihkan, dan turunkan api dan reneh selama 20 minit. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N daun dan daun kaffir purut .Apabila ia mula mendidih sekali ,matikan api.
  3. Letakkan spageti yang dimasak ke dalam mangkuk, letakkan beberapa hiasan dan pes udang di atas hiasan.
  4. Kemudian tuangkan sup panas di atasnya dan hiaskan dengan segara .
