Ingredients
300g Ripe banana
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer
3 tbsp Lemon juice
450g Ice
5 tbsp Palm sugar, melted
Preparation
- Mix 1 cup of F&N Evaporated Creamer and lemon juice together. Keep in the chiller for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, add in the F&N Evaporated Creamer mixture, the remaining F&N Evaporated Creamer, banana and palm sugar into the blender and blend evenly.
- Add in the cinnamon powder and ice into blender and blend until smooth. Serve as it is still cold.
Bahan-bahan
300g Pisang masak
1/2 sudu kecil Sebuk kulit layu manis
1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N
3 sudu besar Jus lemon
450g Ais batu
5 sudu besar Gula melaka yang tellah dicairkan
Langkah-langkah
- Add in the cinnamon powder and ice into blender and blend until smooth. Serve as it is still cold.
- Selepas 40 minit, masukkan campuran di langkah 1 dan baki susu di dalam tin berserta pisang dan gula melaka yang telah dicairkan ke dalam pengisar dan kisarkan sehingga sebati.
- Tambahkan serbuk kulit kayu manis dan ais batu ke dalam pengisar, kisarkan lagi sehingga ais batu lumat. Hidangkan serta merta.
