240ml Water (A)

2 stalks Lemongrass, sliced (A)

8 pcs Butterfly pea flower, dried (A)

120g Sugar (A)

30ml Butterfly pea syrup (B)

30ml F&N Ice Mountain Sparkling Water Grapefruit (B)

10 ml Lime juice (B)

As needed Crushed ice (B)

Preparation

  1. To make butterfly pea syrup, combine water, lemongrass, and butterfly pea flower in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in sugar, boil until the sugar completely dissolve
  3. Cool down and strain, set aside.
  4. Fill a glass with crushed ice, add in 30ml of butterfly pea syrup.
  5. Pour in F&N Ice Mountain Sparkling Water Grapefruit.
  6. Top with lime juice.
  7. Lastly, garnish with some edible flower, lemongrass and lime slices.
  8. Enjoy!

150ml F&N Icee Mountain Sparkling Water Grapefruit (B)

10ml Jus limau nipis (B)

Secukupnya Ais hancur (B)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Untuk membuat sirap bunga telang, gabungkan air, serai, dan bunga kacang rama-rama dalam periuk. Rebus selama 5 minit.
  2. Masukkan gula, rebus hingga gula larut sepenuhnya.
  3. Sejukkan dan tapis, ketepikan.
  4. Isi segelas dengan ais hancur, masukkan 30 ml sirap bunga telang.
  5. Tuangkan F&N Ice Mountain Sparkling Water Grapefruit.
  6. Teratas dengan jus limau nipis
  7. Akhir sekali, hiaskan dengan sebilangan bunga yang boleh dimakan, serai dan hirisan limau nipis.
