3 nos Egg

120ml  Water

150g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer


2 tbsp Oil

20g Dried oyster (chopped)

150g Minced chicken

30g Carrot (diced)

30g  Shallot (chopped)

2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

1 pc Bird eye chili (sliced)

5g Dried Shrimp (soaked, chopped)

½ tbsp Oyster sauce

¼ tsp Salt

½ tsp Sugar

100g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer


  1. Mix egg, water, and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer in a bowl, stir. Stir well. Remove the bubble on the surface.
  2. Cover the bowl with cling wrap, steam the egg for 15 minutes.
  3. While steaming the egg. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Sauté garlic, shallot, and bird eye chili to fragrant. Add in dried oyster, dried shrimp, carrot, and minced chicken. Sauté until the minced chicken are cooked.
  5. Season with oyster sauce, salt, and sugar.
  6. Lastly, add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer. Mix well, remove from heat.
  7. Top the toppings on the steamed egg. Serve.

30克  葱头仔(切碎)

¼ 茶匙 盐

½ 茶匙  糖

100克 CARNATION® 淡奶


  1. 拌匀鸡蛋,适量的水和CARNATION® 淡奶于碗中。拌匀后过滤表面的泡泡。
  2. 将碗包上保鲜膜,上锅蒸15分钟。
  3. 等蛋蒸好同时,于另一锅中烧油。
  4. 炒香蒜,葱头仔和小辣椒 。加入蚝干,虾米,胡萝卜和鸡肉碎拌炒至熟透。
  5. 用蚝油,盐和糖调味。
  6. 最后加入CARNATION® 淡奶,拌匀后熄火 。
  7. 将佐料铺于蒸蛋表面,即可享用。
