120ml Water
150g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Topping
2 tbsp Oil
20g Dried oyster (chopped)
150g Minced chicken
30g Carrot (diced)
30g Shallot (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 pc Bird eye chili (sliced)
5g Dried Shrimp (soaked, chopped)
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
100g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Methods
- Mix egg, water, and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer in a bowl, stir. Stir well. Remove the bubble on the surface.
- Cover the bowl with cling wrap, steam the egg for 15 minutes.
- While steaming the egg. Heat oil in a pan.
- Sauté garlic, shallot, and bird eye chili to fragrant. Add in dried oyster, dried shrimp, carrot, and minced chicken. Sauté until the minced chicken are cooked.
- Season with oyster sauce, salt, and sugar.
- Lastly, add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer. Mix well, remove from heat.
- Top the toppings on the steamed egg. Serve.

烹饪步骤
- 拌匀鸡蛋,适量的水和CARNATION® 淡奶于碗中。拌匀后过滤表面的泡泡。
- 将碗包上保鲜膜,上锅蒸15分钟。
- 等蛋蒸好同时,于另一锅中烧油。
- 炒香蒜,葱头仔和小辣椒 。加入蚝干,虾米,胡萝卜和鸡肉碎拌炒至熟透。
- 用蚝油,盐和糖调味。
- 最后加入CARNATION® 淡奶,拌匀后熄火 。
- 将佐料铺于蒸蛋表面,即可享用。
