1 can (390g)IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
160gCream Cheese (softened)
3 nos Egg Yolk
As needed Strawberry
As needed Digestive biscuits
Cream cheese custard
- In a saucepan, bring sugar and IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk to a boil.
- Whisk egg yolk and corn starch in a mixing bowl. Whisk until no lumps.
- Slowly whisk the milk into egg yolk mixture.
- Mix well and transfer the mixture back to saucepan, keep stirring over low heat to thicken.
- Stir in cream cheese.
- Cover the cream cheese custard with plastic wrap, press down the plastic wrap until it reach the custard surface.
- Set aside to cool down. Keep chilled in chiller.
- Whisk the chilled custard to smooth, transfer into a pipping bag.
- In a mousse cup or glass, pipe a layer of the custard followed by a layer crushed digestive biscuits.
- Pipe another layer of custard followed by a layer of strawberry.
- Repeat step 2&3 to fill the glass.
- Serve cold !
