250g Wheat flour (paratha dough)

1/2 tsp Salt (paratha dough)

30g Ghee,melted (paratha dough)

180g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (paratha dough)

1 nos Onion,sliced (ingredient A)

2 nos Garlic, chopped (ingredient A)

1/2 tsp Coriander powder (ingredient A)

2 nos Chili, fine chopped (ingredient A)

1/2 tsp Garam masala (ingredient A)

1 tsp Oil (ingredient A)

3 nos Potatoes boil, rough mash (ingredient A)

150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (ingredient A)

1 sprig Coriander leaves,chopped (ingredient A)


  1. For paratha dough: In a large bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, ghee and mix well. Gradually add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and knead well. Cover and let to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. For spiced potato stuffing: Sauté spiced A till aromatic and add in ingredients B. Cook well until it’s dry and remove from heat.
  3. Divide paratha dough into 6-8 pieces equally. Roll out portion dough on a lightly floured surface.t.
  4. Filled portion paratha dough with 1 scoop of spiced potato stuffing. And carefully seal the paratha dough similar to pau making technique.
  5. Gently, flatten the bread as to desire thickness.
  6. Heat a skillet and cook paratha on each side until golden brown. Serve hot.

1/2 sudu kecil Garam (doh roti paratha)

30g Minyak sapi, dicairkan (doh roti paratha)

180g Susu Isian Sejat F&N (doh roti paratha)

Sebiji Bawang, dihiris (bahan A)

2 biji Bawang putih, dicincang halus (bahan A)

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk ketumbar (bahan A)

2 biji Cili hijau,dicincang halus (bahan A)

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk garam masala (bahan A)

1 sudu kecil Minyak masak (bahan A)

3 biji Kentang,direbus and dilenyek (bahan B)

150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N (bahan B)

Segenggam Daun ketumbar,dicincang (bahan B)


  1. Doh roti paratha: Campurkan semua ramuan doh roti paratha ke dalam mangkuk adunan, uli sehingga menjadi doh lembut dan licin. Tutup doh roti paratha dengan kain, biar ia rehat selama 30 minit.
  2. Untuk intinya: Tumiskan bahan A sehingga naik bau, kemudian campurkan bahan B. Sambung tumis semua bahan dan kacau sebati dan kering.
  3. Bahagikan doh roti paratha kepada 6-8 ketul. Canai doh roti paratha.
  4. Bungkuskan inti sesudu besar kentang masala dan balut seperti pau.
  5. Leperkan doh roti paratha ikut ketebalan yang disukai.
  6. Gorengkan roti paratha setelah minyak panas. Goreng setiap belah sehingga garing. Hidangkan secara panas.
