Ingredients

1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer

12 pcs Large prawns (devein and cleaned)

6 nos Red onions (blended to paste)

5 cloves Garlic (blended to paste)

4 stalks Lemongrass (blended to paste)

2 inches Ginger (ground)

8 tbsp “Chili Boh”

To taste Tamarind Juice

To taste Salt

To taste Sugar

as needed Cooking oil

12 sticks Bamboo skewer (soaked in water)

Preparation

  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Sauté “chili boh” and other blended ingredients until the paste splits from its oil.
  2. Add in salt, sugar and tamarind juice to taste. Then stir in F&N Evaporated Creamer and bring to a boil.
  3. Skewer the prawns and grill it over the charcoal or on grill pan until half cooked.
  4. Pour some sauce over the prawns and continue to grill until cooked. Pour the rest of the sauce over prawns before serving.

Bahan-bahan

1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N

12 ekor Udang besar (dibelah belakang dan dibersihkan)

6 biji Bawang merah (dikisar)

5 ulas Bawang putih (dikisar)

4 batang Serai (dikisar)

2 inci Halia (dikisar)

8 sudu besar Cili Boh

secukup rasa Air asam jawa

secukup rasa Garam

secukup rasa Gula

secukup rasa Minyak masak

12 batang Kayu lidi (direndam dalam air)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak di dalam kuali. Tumiskan cili boh, dan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar sehingga pecah minyak.
  2. Kemudian masukkan garam, gula dan air asam jawa secukup rasa serta Krimer Sejat F&N dan biarkan mendidih.
  3. Cucukkan udang pada kayu lidi dan panggangkan di atas arang atau pan grill sehingga udang separa masak.
  4. Tuangkan sebahagian kuah percik ke atas udang dan panggangkan sekali lagi sehingga masak. Tuangkan baki kuah percik ke atas udang sebelum dihidangkan.
