Ingredients

  • ½ cup instant oats
  • ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt
  • topped with granola, chocolate peanut butter, a layer of yogurt, cocoa powder

 

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, soymilk, chia seeds, flaxseed, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, and vegan yogurt to a mason jar.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth and combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with granola, a bit of chocolate peanut butter, a layer of yogurt, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
