2L Water

2 stalks  Lemongrass (pounded)

5 pcs  Kaffir lime leaves (break)

4 cubes  Tom yum stock cube

30g  Galangal (slice)

100g  Oyster mushroom

2 nos (350g)  Tomato (quatered)

150g  Cabbage

200g  Hard tofu

2 tbsp  Fish sauce

2 tbsp  Sugar

2 tsp  Salt

200g  F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

20g  Coriander leaves

Preparation

  1. In a pot, boil water with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tom yum stock cubes, and galangal. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add in tomato, oyster mushroom, cabbage, and hard tofu. Boil for another 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and salt.
  3. Lastly, add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and coriander leaves. Enjoy!

2 stalks  Serai (tumbukkan)

5 pcs  Daun limau (koyak)

4 cubes  Kiub sup tom yam

30g  Lengkuas (dihiris)

100g  Cemdawan tiram

2 nos (350g)  Tomato (potong empat)

150g Kobis

200g  Tauhu keras

2 tbsp  Sos ikan

2 tbsp  Gula

2 tsp  Garam

200g  F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

20g  Daun ketumbar

Langkah-langkah

  1. Dalam periuk, didihkan air bersama serai, daun limau, kiub sup tom yam, dan lengkuas. Reneh selama 15 minit.
  2. Masukkan tomato, cendawan tiram, kobis, dan tauhu keras. Rebus selama 5 minit. Perasakan dengan sos ikan, gula dan garam.
  3. Akhir sekali, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan daun ketumbar. Nikmati!
