Ingredients
- 2 Cups NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Omega (No Sugar Added)
- 1 serving rice cake (2 cups)
- 1 tbsp tom yum paste
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp plum syrup / sugar
- 1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
- 3 vegan prawn
Garnish: Fried Shallot / Chery Tomato / Coriander
If using sweetened soymilk, adjust the amount of plum syrup as needed.
Preparation
- In a pot over low to medium heat, pour in the NutriSoy Omega Soya Milk. Add tom yum paste, vegan oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and plum syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes and vegan prawns. Mix gently.
- Place the rice cakes into the pot. Ensure they are submerged in the broth.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 8 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and chewy.
- Sprinkle fried shallots and fresh coriander on top before serving.
