250g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
250-500ml Water
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Garam masala (optional)
1/4 cup Cilanntro, chopped (optional)
1/2 pcs Cauliflower,chopped (A)
1 cup Green peas (A)
1 stalk Carrot, sliced (A)
4-5 stalks Long beans,rough chopped (A)
1/2 slice Ginger, sliced (B)
5 clove Garlic (B)
3 tsp Korma curry powder (B)
2 tbsp Water (B)
Preparation
- Wash and cut the entire vegetable list on A, and set it in a bowl.
- Blend all the spices and ingredients list in B in a blender.
- Mix F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, cornstarch and water into a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a medium pot with oil. Sprinkle cumin seeds in and it should start cracking.
- Next, Pour in B. Cook the paste until aromatic and oil split from the paste. Add in A and slightly coat the vegetable with the paste.
- Then, Pour in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk mixture and let it boil.
- Once it is boiled, cover with lid and let it simmer for 10-15 mins until the vegetable are soft.
- Lastly season with salt, sugar, chopped cilantro and garam masala powder
- Serve vegetable korma with your favorite fragrant biryani rice.

250g Susu Isian Sejat F&N
250-500ml Air
2 sudu kecil Tepung jagung
1 sudu besar Air
3 sudu besar Minyak masakan
1 sudu kecil Biji jintan
1 sudu kecil Garam
1/2 sudu kecil Gula
1 sudu kecil Serbuk garam masala (pilihan)
1/4 cawan Cilantro,dicincang (pilihan)
1/4 biji Kembang kol,dicincang (A)
1 cawan Kacang hijau (A)
1 batang Lobak, dihiris (A)
4-5 tangkai Kacang panjang, cincang kasar (A)
1/2 keping Halia, dipotong keping (B)
5 cengkih Bawang putih (B)
3 sudu kecil Serbuk kari korma (B)
2 sudu besar Air (B)
Langkah-langkah
- Basuh dan potong semua sayur disenarai di A, dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.
- Campurkan semua senarai rempah dan ramuan dalam B dalam pengisar.
- Campurkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, tepung jagung dan air ke dalam mangkuk. Mengetepikan.
- Panaskan periuk sederhana dengan minyak. Taburkan biji jintan ke dalamnya dan ia akan mula merekah.
- Seterusnya, Tuangkan B. Masak pes sehingga aromatik dan pecah minyak dari pes. Masukkan A dan salutkan sedikit sayur dengan pes.
- Kemudian, tuangkan campuran Susu Sejat Sejat F&N dan biarkan mendidih
- Setelah mendidih, tutup dengan penutup dan biarkan mendidih selama 10-15 minit sehingga sayur menjadi lembut.
- Akhit sekali, perasa dengan garam, gula, ketumbar cincang dan serbuk garam masala
- Hidangkan korma sayur dengan nasi biryani wangi kegemaran anda.
