200g Salted butter

1 can (388g) Cap Junjung Sweetened Creamer

300g   White chocolate compound

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

300g  Chocolate sandwich cookie

Topping

30g   Chocolate cookie crumb

Preparation

  1. Melt salted butter in a pot over low heat, turn off the heat. Add in Cap Junjung Sweetened Creamer, vanilla essence, and white chocolate compound. Stir white chocolate compound until melted and fully incorporate.
  2. Break each chocolate sandwich cookie into half, mix the cookies into the white chocolate mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a square cake mold lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the chocolate cookie crumb on the surface.
  4. Keep the cake in chiller for at least 4 hours to set.
