200g Salted butter
1 can (388g) Cap Junjung Sweetened Creamer
300g White chocolate compound
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
300g Chocolate sandwich cookie
30g Chocolate cookie crumb
- Melt salted butter in a pot over low heat, turn off the heat. Add in Cap Junjung Sweetened Creamer, vanilla essence, and white chocolate compound. Stir white chocolate compound until melted and fully incorporate.
- Break each chocolate sandwich cookie into half, mix the cookies into the white chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a square cake mold lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the chocolate cookie crumb on the surface.
- Keep the cake in chiller for at least 4 hours to set.
