TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. The F&N x Tefal – Spend to Win Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above with a valid NRIC, except employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
  2. The Contest Period is from 8th to 25th April 2025. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest Period without prior notice.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Spend a minimum of RM80 on participating F&N products.
  2. Every RM80 spent equals one (1) contest entry. Participants can only win once during the contest period.

 

WINNER SELECTION

  1. Winners will be announced on 20th May 2025 via F&N Life platforms.
  2. Winners will also be contacted via email and phone after 11:00 AM on the day of the announcement.
  3. Winners must respond within 48 hours with their personal details for prize redemption. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. Winners must confirm their prize collection method via email or during the phone call.
  2. For self-collection, winners must collect their prize from the designated F&N location, details of which will be provided.
  3. Winners must provide their original NRIC and verified email confirmation. Photocopies are not accepted.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, vary or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  3. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, unauthorized intervention or any other issues that may affect the operation of the Contest.
  4. All participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated the terms or tampered with the Contest process.
  6. By participating, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and image for promotional purposes.
